I only have amazing things to say about Cadence at Nocatee. First, the leasing agent Gina is AMAZING! She is full of information, and you can tell she loves the residents she signs up to lease there.  She is beyond friendly, and easy to work with. We had a chance to rent at other places in the area, but found Cadence not only was a nice complex, but had the feel we wanted to move into.  Even our first day after 3 days of driving, Gina was AMAZING, helping us get into our new apartment, offering us refreshments. The complex is nice so far, people are very friendly, Gina and staff work hard to do community events.

My wife and I moved here three months ago and couldn't be happier! Gina the leasing agent was so helpful.  The property is nice and well maintained. Great workout rooms. The Coffee machine is Terrific!!  It's also very quiet and peaceful.  Having access to all Nocatee amenities is a bonus.

Beautiful community! The staff at Cadence is top notch! The office staff are friendly and responsive and the maintenance teams go above and beyond all the time and get things done quickly.  I love it here. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great costomer service and fun living experience!
